Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows, facilitate communication, and support cross-functional projects.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and office supply inventory.
- Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in data entry and documentation for financial, operational, or HR-related processes.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, including coordination with courier services.
- Support the preparation of meetings, presentations, and corporate events as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative, customer service, or office support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
