Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office operations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of official documents, reports, and communications.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth campus operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with university policies.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for campus leadership and departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.
- Prepare and process administrative forms, permits, and other documentation as required.
- Support the implementation of university policies and procedures at the campus level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with university or educational institution operations is a plus.
