Responsibility
- Oversee the registration and onboarding of new real estate agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process and manage financial transactions, including commissions, claims, and expense reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and client communications to ensure seamless property management.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for agents on administrative procedures, software tools, and best practices.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and filing systems for contracts, financial records, and operational reports.
- Monitor daily administrative operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or real estate support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or property management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for business growth.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process optimization.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred.
