Responsibility
- Manage complex and often conflicting calendars for senior executives, prioritizing meetings and commitments based on business needs.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Monitor and manage expenses, budgets, and invoices related to executive operations.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of executives and provide solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience working in a global or multinational company is highly desirable.
