Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and visitor registrations with meticulous organization.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve guest or client requests efficiently.
  • Assist in event coordination (e.g., conferences, client meetings) by preparing materials and logistical support.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions, adhering to company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or luxury service industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with diverse cultures.
