Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and assisting with payroll processing.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with basic HR functions and office equipment is a plus.
