Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict adherence to data privacy protocols.
- Assist in project coordination, including tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and liaising with team members.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to support executive decision-making and workflow optimization.
- Provide administrative support for special events, conferences, or client meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
