Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payroll processing for the Indonesia market.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal use of resources.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and transaction processing.
  • Oversee inventory tracking, procurement, and office supply management to support operational needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits, ensuring adherence to Indonesian financial standards.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing attendance records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
