Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office correspondence.
- Oversee procurement processes, from vendor selection to purchase order management and invoice verification.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and expenditures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Liaise with internal departments to assess purchasing needs and align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor budget allocations and track spending to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in administrative and purchasing workflows.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
