Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, to maintain easy access to important documents.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and managing correspondence.

Qualifications
