Responsibility

  • Process tenant payments and maintain accurate cash records
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist with lease agreements and tenant correspondence
  • Manage petty cash and prepare daily financial reports
  • Coordinate with property managers for maintenance requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or cash handling
