Responsibility
- Process and validate warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Liaise with service centers, dealers, and customers to gather necessary documentation for warranty approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty transactions in the company database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty-related issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warranty claim statuses, trends, and discrepancies.
- Verify the eligibility of warranty claims by cross-referencing product serial numbers, purchase dates, and service histories.
- Communicate approval or denial of warranty claims to stakeholders with clear and professional explanations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance warranty administration efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty processing, claims administration, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or warranty management systems.
- Familiarity with automotive or equipment warranty policies and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
