Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring all facilities and services meet company and client standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our managed office solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in workspace management to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, business operations, or facility management, preferably in a corporate or serviced office environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and operational management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations is a plus.
