Responsibility
- Manage daily sales administration tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and receipts.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents, contracts, and customer records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
