Responsibility

  • Manage daily sales administration tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and receipts.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents, contracts, and customer records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
