Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in orders, payments, or customer accounts.
- Support the team in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and administrative records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, or customer service systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM software, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
