Responsibility

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments for clients and team members.
  • Handle email correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and responding to inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes or follow-up actions.
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Conduct research and compile reports or presentations as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as document preparation and filing.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
