Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing debt-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communications between clients, creditors, and internal teams to facilitate debt resolution processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of debt accounts, payments, and client interactions in our database.
- Prepare and generate reports on debt status, payment schedules, and recovery progress for management review.
- Support the debt management team in scheduling follow-ups, reminders, and client meetings.
- Handle inquiries from clients and creditors via phone, email, and in-person meetings with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the preparation of legal and financial documents related to debt recovery and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all debt management activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in debt management, finance, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management.
