Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply inventory.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as emails, memos, and reports.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Maintain and update office databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
