Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information and directing requests to the appropriate departments.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using property management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area, including administrative supplies and promotional materials.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Pleasant phone etiquette and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
