Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Operations and Finance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate and follow up on strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Manage priorities and workflows to optimize the Vice President's time and productivity.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other operational documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is highly desirable.
