Responsibility

  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and process Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO) with accuracy.
  • Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Maintain and update logistics tracking systems to monitor shipments and deliveries.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for import/export-related tasks, including filing and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
