Responsibility
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO) with accuracy.
- Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Maintain and update logistics tracking systems to monitor shipments and deliveries.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze data and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for import/export-related tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
