Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and office correspondence in both Mandarin and English.
- Coordinate general affairs activities, such as office supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for local and international stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
- Handle basic HR support tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding assistance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the finance team with expense tracking, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
- Maintain a well-organized and productive office environment conducive to team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, administrative support, or office management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, international business, or a similar industry is advantageous.
