Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update HR and administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
