Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
  • Handle office supply inventory and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Provide general customer and employee support for HR-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in HR and administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
