Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing attendance records.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense tracking under supervision.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply—no prior experience required!
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
