Responsibility
- Manage and organize office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the HR department with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in property management or a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
