Responsibility
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including reporting, documentation, and process optimization.
- Support team leadership by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to junior staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
- Translate and localize business documents, emails, and presentations between Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive growth in target markets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or managerial support role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in international trade, logistics, or client-facing roles is highly advantageous.
