Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to streamline sales operations.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
