Responsibility
- Manage and maintain SSHE documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinate and schedule SSHE training sessions, meetings, and audits.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to local and international authorities.
- Monitor and track SSHE-related incidents, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up actions.
- Support the implementation of SSHE policies and procedures across the organization.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate SSHE initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety equipment, inspections, and certifications.
- Provide administrative support for SSHE-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within SSHE or a similar department.
- Strong knowledge of SSHE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in SSHE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
