Responsibility
- Manage and process all business permits, licenses, and renewals to ensure timely compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth approval processes.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits, licenses, and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports, applications, and fees to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on compliance matters and budget allocations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the validity and accuracy of all permits and licenses.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in permits, licensing, or compliance roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian business regulations, particularly in Bali, and experience dealing with local government agencies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with compliance management software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
