Responsibility
- Manage daily financial duties, including accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Generate, verify, and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for clients and vendors.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and employee data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with payroll processing and familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
