Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Issue and file receipts for all inventory movements, maintaining a transparent audit trail.
  • Safe-keep physical and digital records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Assist in regional registration processes, including documentation preparation and submission.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and administrative activities.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with inventory management exposure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
