Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all production-related documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor and update production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all documentation.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative bottlenecks.
- Provide administrative support to the production manager, including meeting coordination and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and inventory management is a plus.
