Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating freight shipments, including documentation and tracking.
- Support daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders on progress.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
