As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our online store, handling everything from order processing and customer inquiries to inventory management and digital marketing support. Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock updates and product listings.
- Support digital marketing efforts, such as social media management, email campaigns, and basic SEO tasks.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain and update the e-commerce website, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Assistant, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
