Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, providing end-to-end support from planning to execution.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters related to the Directors and the organization.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and information flow.
- Organize and maintain executive files, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
