Responsibility
- Assist the founders and executive team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage communication between departments, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment on key initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents for stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to help shape the company’s direction.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, or start-up ecosystems is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous.
