Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts and orientation materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, such as leave requests and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
