Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Assist in data entry, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in inventory management and office supply procurement.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
