Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Manage front desk operations, including inventory of office supplies and maintaining a clean, inviting reception area.
- Provide general information about dental procedures, promotions, and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Bahasa, are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with clinic management software.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or healthcare is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology is a bonus but not required.
