Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution of projects.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, trends, and recommendations to management.
- Assist in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support the resolution of operational bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align operational goals with budgetary and staffing constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, process mapping, and Lean/Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
