Responsibility
- Provide high-level customer service and operational support to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Excel macros and advanced formulas to automate reporting, data analysis, and workflows.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, meetings, and communications with internal and external parties.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and business documents with precision.
- Oversee office administration, including supply management, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow and process alignment.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in project coordination, including timeline management, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service and stakeholder management within a corporate or utilities sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
