Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and macros to automate data processing and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage and organize confidential documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing presentations, financial reports, and business correspondence using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies or reporting errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong focus on Excel reporting and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, VBA) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
