Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to contract maintenance and service agreements.
- Monitor contract terms, renewals, and compliance to ensure client satisfaction and company adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to resolve client issues and streamline service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for contract upselling or service improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance, client feedback, and service metrics.
- Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contract management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.

- Prior experience in a service-based industry is a plus.
