Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and office improvements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures to comply with local regulations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Liaise with IT and security teams to maintain secure and efficient office systems.
- Plan and execute office layout changes or relocations to optimize space utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist in organizing company events and ensuring facilities are prepared for meetings and gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and vendors.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
- Proficiency in using facility management software or tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
