Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali.
