Responsibility

- Ensure compliance with local and international governance regulations and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive communications, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage record-keeping, reporting, and internal audits to support transparency and accountability.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and HR teams to align governance practices with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to corporate governance and administrative functions.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing administrative insights and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate administration, governance, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate governance software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
