Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and policy communication.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Liaise with government agencies and external partners for work permits, visas, and other legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, generalist roles, or office support.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
