Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and policy communication.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external partners for work permits, visas, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, generalist roles, or office support.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
