Responsibility
- Prepare and process automotive insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update claims records and databases, ensuring all documentation is organized, accessible, and audit-ready.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Claims team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in verifying claim details, including policy coverage, damage assessments, and client information, to facilitate smooth claim settlements.
- Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify claim-related inquiries.
- Support the coordination of claims investigations by gathering necessary evidence, statements, and supplementary documents.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution and client communication.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline claims administration.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in insurance or claims management are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the insurance, automotive, or financial services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with claims management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive financial and legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of automotive insurance policies, claim procedures, and industry regulations is highly advantageous.
