Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using our booking system.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Process client check-ins and check-outs, including payment transactions and receipt issuance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects our brand’s standards.
  • Coordinate with therapists, instructors, and management to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Manage client records and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in promoting wellness programs, packages, and memberships to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Square).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer service with a positive attitude.
