Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using our booking system.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Process client check-ins and check-outs, including payment transactions and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects our brand’s standards.
- Coordinate with therapists, instructors, and management to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage client records and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in promoting wellness programs, packages, and memberships to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Square).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
